A Petersham Nurseries, Dorling Kindersley collaboration
Before Christmas Petersham Nurseries were approached by Dorling Kindersley and invited to contribute to a delightfully `practical, plot-to-plate guide to growing and cooking with herbs successfully`.
We called upon the expertise of our head gardener, Lucy Boyd who planted a selection of creative containers with everything from everyday essentials, salad herbs, Mediterrean and Middle Eastern herbs to herbal teas for the publication. See the wonderful herbal tea planter pictured on the cover of the book. We have also included a sneaky preview of the inside too.
The book, The Cook`s Herb Garden is now on sale and copies will be available to buy in the shop very soon.
